Shipping policy

1. Digital Items (Instant Access)
Delivery Method: Delivered via email to the address provided at checkout. We will contact you via this email to request your TradingView username so pleas ensure it is accurate.

Dispatch Time: Within 24 hours on working days (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays). If ordered on a weekend, the item will be sent by close of business on Monday. 

2. Physical Items (Journals & Mugs)
Processing Time: All physical items are processed and dispatched within 48 working hours (Monday-Friday, excluding UK public holidays).
UK Shipping: Sent via standard tracked service (typically 1–3 working days after dispatch).
Worldwide Shipping: Sent via international tracked services. Times vary by location, generally ranging from 5–10 working days after dispatch. 

3. Working Days 
Working days are Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed the next available working day. 

4. Customs and Duties
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied by their country. 

5. Shipping Inquiries
